The MARIDADI ONLINE 2014, model competition has finally come to an end.
It was a very challenging decision for the MARIDADI TEAM as they had to deliberate on whether to allow for the top publicly voted competitor to take the title despite her height being outside the guidelines.
With much deliberation we decided to keep to the strict rules that we have been following since the competition started and disallowed not only the publicly voted winner but also the second one as they both were not 5ft 8" as required.
International model standards have a minimum 5ft 8" requirement for female models and a 6ft minimum for male models. MARIDADI follows international standards so as to ensure that models are given a true and real picture of requirements for modeling standards.
We remind all models to be very careful when sending measurements to top modeling agencies overseas as they will rarely consider taking on models who do not adhere to their requirements.

The competition is in its second year and gives a chance for models to send in photos online and get selected by public vote on facebook.
